Vita Brevis Coin

$28.99 USD
Color - Antique Copper Finish

The phrase "Pulvis es et in pulverem reverteris" translates to "Remember you are dust and to dust you shall return" and is a reminder of the impermanence of life and the inevitability of death. This phrase reminds people of their mortality and the need to live a life of purpose and meaning. The philosophy behind this phrase is to encourage individuals to make the most of their time on earth and to use it wisely.

"Vita brevis" emphasizes the fleeting nature of life and the need to make the most of the time we have.

"Vive ut vivas" encourages people to live life to the fullest and make the most of every moment. The phrase is a powerful inspiration for individuals to embrace their passions, take risks, and seek out new experiences.

Didn't remember I bought copper until it arrived. Most of my EDC are bronze. Not complaining, just a happy surprise. It now stands out in my collection. Was ironically timed for my dark sense of humor. I had to put down and cremate my dog a week after the coin's arrival. Was not an anticipated event but has made this coin my go to carry for the time being. We are all dust and to dust we return.
